I Heart Faces Kids: Hats Off to Swine Break 2009!

Passing time with lots of friends this unexpected school break. Caught Elizabeth in a Luigi hat...so posting for I Heart Faces! www.iheartfaces.com

Simon's First PB&J...That He Made

Simon made is first peanut butter and jelly sandwich. In fact, he made three...two for him and one for his good friend, Vitaliy. I like my new little master chef!

Duncan Easter 2009

Our home church had a fun Easter Speggtacular event at a local park. After our 4 kiddos collected all their eggs, we easily came home with over 200 eggs! We invited some neighborhood friends to hunt eggs again with us in the greenbelt. One highlight was making confetti eggs this year. FUN. Pretty sunshiny weekend!

The 8 Days That Changed The World 2009

We celebrated Easter this year watching Daddy, Simon, and Noah perform in The 8 Days That Changed the World. Daddy was Thomas. Simon was Micah. Noah as a jubilant child in the choir. They looked great! Since no flash photography was allowed, Randy took some pics of the boys with Jesus played by Randy Sterrett. So glad my boys got to share in these 8 Days. We celebrate the risen Christ and are thankful for our own family Heaven on Earth.

I Heart Faces Kids - Natural Light Entry

I have always liked natural light better than any flash usage. So when the sun shines just right, I love getting kids in the window light. Noah loves his little sister. She clings to him like her protector. So sweet, especially since her little ladybug shirt says "Love".

Simon is 9! Super Mario Birthday

I Heart Faces : Week 8 Beginners Entry

This is a summer shot of our little sweetie out on the farm. I liked the offset and natural sunlight on her unexpected smirk. Am posting this photo into www.iheartfaces.com weekly contest...a special one for 'beginners'. We'll see!
